Sales Producer (In-Office)
Join our expanding team as a Sales Producer in a high-volume, performance-driven, in-office role focused on new business production in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health insurance. Minimal servicing required—our dedicated team handles service support.
No license? No problem! We provide mandatory sales-focused training, licensing reimbursement, and warm leads to help you start earning quickly.
Role Details
  • Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Model In-office only (no remote initially; potential remote options for top performers)
  • Compensation Hourly + commission (based on experience and licensing)
  • Commission
    • P&C 3% base
    • Life & Health 20%
    • Monthly Life & Health Bonus (P&C Accelerator)
      • $1,000 L&H premium → 4% P&C
      • $2,000 L&H premium → 5% P&C
      • $3,000+ L&H premium → 6% P&C
Performance Expectations
  • 30+ issued sales/month
  • 125+ quotes/month
  • 2+ Life applications/month
  • 25 outbound calls or 2 hours talk time daily
Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and present new business
  • Follow up on opportunities and handle inbound calls
  • Identify additional coverage needs (Life, Health, PAP)
  • Source leads through networking, referrals, SF.com, and cross-selling
